I can't stand wearing thongs. They are just way too uncomfortable to me. It feels like I have a wedgie when I wear them. I prefer bikini cut undies :).

I have wore thongs..But they made me feel like I had a wedgy...So only when I have to....I prefer bikinis..

I wear thongs religiously and have done since i was 17..now 29.I also wear full briefs with a contol top when i wear a skirt or dress that calls for a flat tummy.A previous poster said the string moves all around and puts #2's on you whatsie-my string stays put and goes nowhere! I cant wear regular knickers,because i hate having one side go up my butt and having to constantly adjust them in public.My butt isn't big but it's a jelly bum so a thong is good for me!

I'm one of those people that wears thongs 'RELIGIOUSLY' and have been for at least 10 years now. I honestly can't stand to wear any other kind of underwear. I've gotten so used to wearing them that it doesn't bother me, I don't even notice them, and I find that it's easier getting my jeans on and off with them. And I don't have to worry about panty lines... lol.

In my day thongs were something we wore on our feet and I'm darn sure they're more comfortable left there too. Some things are not going to change with this ol' gal. LOL

i used to wear them all the time, they were more popular a few years a go i think. But i dont wear them so much now. First of all, theres no support lol. Secondly, it can be end up irritiating your girl parts. And my OBGYN hates them b/c they can give women infections. Think about it, you have a piece of sting rubbing around where you go #2 and thats moving all around, use your imagination a bit. Gross i know, but it happens (never happened to me, just saying, you can get infections). So thats pretty dirty to me and gross lol, I stick to boyshorts underwear, they look SO CUTE on!

Hey Sissygrl! I have wore thongs a couple of times in my life. But really could not stand them.LOL I would rather be comfortable so I wear bikinis or tighty whiteys.LOL I really dont know how girls can wear them. I guess they just get use to them.

usually boys guys loves girls wearing thongs and better its worse to wear so i suggest u not to wear it ...

I wear thongs only when I need to or when I feel it fits my outfit but I don't wear it regularly...I sometimes get annoyed with it and it's not so comfortable to wear...if you know what I mean. :)

When I was first married I had a thong that had come with one of my pieces of lingerie and so wore it for my hubby one and was so glad that it did not stay on long! ;) It has stayed in my drawer ever since!!! (Five years) It is so uncomfortable and I would never wear them. So, to answer your question in all honesty I wear Grannies once a month...and the rest of the time I like to wear the nice panties that don't have much on the sides but cover all front and back! I hate thongs and only ever wear them unless I really have to. My personal preference would have to be those cute little boy shorts.

I'm a thong girl. I have been wearing them for years. For some reason regular panties bother me- too constricting or something. I find thongs comfy and sexy but there when your thong stick out of your pants- that's just stupid. There is such a thing as a low rise thong Ladies! Invest in them..a thong sticking out of your pants is not sexy it is downright trashy. Have a great day.

I have about 60 pairs of underwear. Thongs, bikinis, granny panties, boy shorts, panties that never make it out of the bedroom, panties with cute sayings on them, panties made from lace, satin, cotton, silk, you name it, I got it. I even own a couple pair of boxer shorts. My favorite pair are green and they say "blog worthy" on them ;) Yes even my underwear brag! I don't have a preference I can wear them all.

I wear hip high panties. I'm not into thongs. I can't imagine having something rub up against my exit hole all day. LOL. The thought of it just makes me shudder. Even when my regular panties goes in my butt, it feels so uncomfortable. I applaud people who can wear thongs and high heels at the same time. Not only are you being flossed, you are also forced to tip toe. Hehe... sorry if this sounds gross, but it's true!

I do actually own one....just one and guess what, I only wore it once, but hey, I'm 60 with a butt that shouldn't be hanging out lol, well you know what I mean although hubby likes it, it just isn't comfortable to me. Back to the granny panties for me (well, I am a granny after all lol)

I have worn thongs before, though I don't care for them except for the fact that there is the no panty line thing. Thongs are so darn uncomfortable, especially when they ride up! I'd rather wear high cut panties any day, as these are my favorite style of panties. Not only do I feel sexy in them, they are comfy too. :)

Hello Sissygrl!:-) I am not planning to wear them, let alone wearing them on regular basis!:-) What drew me to this discussion is this: "I know some people wear them RELIGIOUSLY" Can you please elaborate? A couple of people did mention wearing them religiously but you and they didn’t share what exactly the religious “reason” is. I am seriously interested in knowing it, thanks! I am sorry if I am bothering you! It was wise of you not to include ifs and "buts" as it would have distracted many 'innocent' people from the real point. I am sorry that you have to go through pain for other's well being!:-)

I hate wearing thongs, you have to kill me to make me wear one of them :). They are too uncomfortable for my taste. It's true that with certain clothes they are better, above all if underwear can be exposed a little, but I prefer to wear coloured underwear instead of that. My cousin wears it everytime, I don't know how she does it.
