And, if so, what is your favorite flavor?
Mine is a Venti Sugar-free Vanilla Breve latte. I love it! Just sweet enough, low calorie and low-carb. Enough caffeine to keep me going for the day! Yummy! It makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Now I can't wait for my dose tomorrow!

I am always switching drinks. I regular is a grande non-fat carmel macchiato 190 calories, 1 gram of fat.
Keep in mind you are not getting the low fat milk, so there is a ton of fat and calories. The venti with 2% milk is 240 calories, 24 carbs, and 9 calories. That is a hefty drink.

A Venti can be huge as far as calories but, first off, I drink it with sugar-free syrup which has no calories or carbs. Then I use Breve which is half and half. Back when I got on the low-carb diet, I read up on what I could drink that wouldn't hurt my diet and my drink was low in everything. So, I am ok. I had the exact numbers on it before because it used to be posted on their site. I can't find it now but, I know the numbers were very low. And, I maintain low calories and carbs throughout the day so, I don't have to worry about my coffee!

Well, if you want to get the best bang for your buck, you should get the Skinny Venti because that has 0 fat, fewer calories and the same amount of carbs. Half and Half has a higher carb and fat content that nonfat milk. When I started at my job I did a side by side comparison because all they on hand for coffee is Half & Half.

You work for Starbucks? That is awesome! Do you like it there? Everyone always seems so happy to work for Starbucks and I have heard good things about their employment packages and policies.
Maybe next time I will try the Skinny one. I am afraid to try the change! LOL! I have been drinking the same one for somewhere around 3 years or so now.
Thank you for the suggestion!

I hardly ever drink anything from Starbucks, because I grew up poor and the price of a cup makes me feel strangely guilty. Even now that I have a good job and I can afford it, I still don't. In fact, I only get to drink Starbucks products whenever I get some gift certificate, which my company often gives out as incentives. I always choose a Venti-Mocha Frappe to satiate my sugar need.

I want to apologize for not actually responding to you!
I used to drink the Mocha Frappes before I fell in love with the one I drink now.
And, you shouldn't feel guilty about drinking Starbucks. Yes! It is expensive! But, think of it as treating yourself for successfully raising your economic status in life. You had a tough start in life financially but, you worked hard to get where you are today and that is something to be proud of. The little rewards that you can give yourself, like Starbucks coffee, are the spices of your success!

I drink way too much coffee form Starbucks.
My usual drinks are: Dopio Expresso, Cafe Americano, and when its hot, the Vanilla Bean Cappuchino

I try to limit mine to once a day. On occasion, on a Friday, the hubby and I might get a grande before or after dinner if we are both feeling sluggish. I love it!
You really like the highest caffeine drinks, don't you? LOL! Expresso has too much of a bite for me. I have to have a nice sweet syrup and tame it with dairy! I am a light weight when it comes to how much bitterness I can take as far as coffee goes!

Sorry I never responded to you until now! I am trying to tie up loose ends in my older discussions and I see that I was rude and never responded to you! I hope that you can forgive me!
I have never tried a Chais. Is that tea? I am not a fan of tea.
And, good for you for not being addicted like I am! LOL! It is better on your wallet that way! LOL!
