Okay, I don't know this man's first name, but I think his last name is Mannsfield. And he's running for either a seat in Congress or the Senate.
I've seen a lot of ads recently on TV and they are filled with crosses and Bibles. He was talking about how he was a man of God and wanted people's votes.
I'm sorry I don't have much information at this time, but I will pay close attention the next time I see his ad and maybe give a response giving more details.
This isn't particularly about this one candidate, but all of them who pulls this. What do you think about the ads that are more about the person's religion than it is about what they plan to do in office?

What about a person who says vote forme because I am Black, or Hispanic or a woman. Or vote for me because I believe in welfare and taxing the rich and giving it to the poor. There are officals that sya elect me and I will have the governmentbuild you all these great things.
The man is being honest and if you do not like it then you can vote for someone else. It is better to have the man tell you who he is and what he believes before he is elected than to find out what he stands for after the election.
I would rather have a religious man in office than a lawyer. If we had more non lawyers maybe we could understand the laws and regulations.

I think they're just plain wrong and in my opinion go against the separation of church and state. We need people to run our government that are here to serve all the people and not just be there to preach their particular religious beliefs. I'm not anti-religion by any means, I just believe it's a private matter and should be kept out of government and political affairs.
