does swimming invigorates you????

I almost forgot what it feels to swim until i had one a week ago..... I felt free.... the water in the pool was so cool! i forgot about the time..... Its so refreshing.....

it's been a while since i've done any swimming, but I think it does invigorate me, I just need to find some indoor pools, it's too cold in NY to go swimming outside lol.

I believe there are heated pools in the USA... you can go to one if you really want to...Thanks for the response too!

well i know there is :) buuuut I live in a small town and well the closest is my old schools, trust me i can't walk that far in the freezing cold. but thanks for telling me nonetheless :)
