While making eggs for breakfast I got to thinking about all the different ways to make eggs, and I wondered what everyones favorite is. I like a variety and it all depends on my mood. today I made eggs in a basket for my daughter and poached eggs for myself. For fried eggs I most like eggs over hard, because I am not a fan of uncooked yoke.

I usually scramble them with cheese. I haven't had eggs in a basket in while but they sure are yummy. I need to make them sometime. I also like omelettes for breakfast. And if its not breakfast, I like deviled eggs. Yum!

I like eggs scrambled I also like them over easy but I want the yolks to be firm not runny and going all over my plate into my other food I don't like that at all. I don't like them hard boiled at all that is for sure.

I prefer my eggs scrambled as an omelette with lots of cheese and green peppers. YUM!
My kids prefer different kinds... one likes over easy, another over hard, and another scrambled.

I love quail eggs, although I know they have more cholesterol than chicken eggs. I can't resist to buy quail eggs battered with yellow coating(don't know recipe haha...) I think the coating has something to do with margarine perhaps...
I also love quail eggs in Chinese birthday noodles, they're really delicious.
If your talking about chicken eggs though, I prefer mine scrambled.
