what would you do if your dog kills someone?
this is a really controversial topic so i decided to posted and read your opinions.
Just my opinion..
i don't have animals in my house and if i was gonna buy i would make sure is a new born
because i would like to be the one raising the dog.. the way you raise your pet the way they suppose to act later in life... so thats when i say that people should pay more attention to their dogs if they bite someone without any reason.. if you just let your dog to do those things this one will think that is something normal to do so is not even the dog's animal.. there are some dogs that are more dangerous to be around; they need more attention because they can kill someone.. if a dog comes to my child like attacking and i have a gun i would just shoot the dog.. same i would do if i see someone attacking my kid.. maybe dog's owners dont think this way because its their dog but they have to think too that the child could be yours too and you wont let any dog or person to attack your kid.. animals should be treated like people; if they do something wrong they need a punishment that make them understand that it is wrong to attack people..

hi msanin, you have a nice question here. Before answer your question, you need to know that, your dog character. It is a bad dog that simply bite someone or your dog bite someone if they disturb your dog. This is the diffrent thing. This is the answer. But before that for your safety, do apply license for you dog. Just follow the rule. Rule for someone who have dog. You can fight and win in this case, even your dog kill someone with a reason. If your dog kill someone because they disturb or protecting you or your house. Then you know the answer right.

first thx for the comment, i respect your opinion but i am not agree with it.. Dogs have their bad days, if the dog is eating and i guess you know they dont like to be disturb while eating and if a kid 2 years old comes to the dog and start touching the dog or something the dog might have a bad reaction, how do u expect a kid to know that.. their curious sometimes.. im just saying dog's owner should be aware of these things.. about the license i didn't know that.. i guess is normal for a dog to attack if this one is protecting u or ur house.. but i seen cases of dogs that just attack the first person they see .. WHY ? I really don't know, maybe someone else disturbed the dog.. just put yourself in a parent position, would you like to see a randome dog bite you kid? i don't think so.. maybe your dog is a good dog but not all of them are.. so u still think the same for those criminal dogs that people raise to kill?
i am talking in general, especially those dogs that act like evils..

Then it is the same concept, the child still disturbing the the dog. Ownner that already know their dog character will make same safety. Like tie their dog at some place or with them when they bring the dog outside house. I think the child will already scare and run away when the dog start to bark for warning. I think the dog is been disturbing. The Owner is still have right to protect their dog.

When I was a child, my dog attacked my neighbor's young child. We put him down without any disagreement. An uncontrollable animal is not to be considered a domestic pet. They are a danger to your children and the neighborhood.

I would have to say that it would greatly depend on the situation. I have three dogs that would protect me with their lives. They are very friendly, loving dogs, and greet visitors with tails wagging, and love attention. However, if someone were to attack me, I do know that they would go into protection mode and hurt the person attacking me. Especially my youngest one. He is not mean. He does, however, dislike violence. He gets mad when my boys wrestle. He will grab their shirts and separate them.
I could not discipline my dog for protecting me, if he thought I was in danger.
That said, if it was unprovoked, and the dog was just attacking to be agressive, I think the dog probably would need to be put down, HUMANELY. Some aggression issues cannot be resolved with training. Vicious dogs are not good to have, especially if they will come in contact with children.

I would get rid of it, it's as simple as that. I wouldn't want a vicious dog like that around me or my family...
