Questions about Call Center International? Is It A legitimate Company?

I visited CCI CALL CENTER INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE while ago, I'm planning to join the home agents, but I am not sure if it's legitimate... I also read they're terms of service that if you consume the 5000 free voip minutes but didn't reach 5 sales they will let you pay 100 usd for using voip... do you think this is just a scam?
