Miss understanding between two people

Is there any doubt that in most cases the discussion and dialogue we are differences over how and how to express an opinion,on starting on which suject or how to respond on that kind of people? is there way to express their opinion task or what matters in the dialogue substance regardless of the mode of expression? is not the method of expression that the delivery point of view,and at the same time as it would clearly indicate personal(the persone who is speaking)

Even people talking face to face can misunderstand what the other person is saying, sometimes the person speaking doesn't say what they are saying clearly enough and/or the person doing the listening is not taking it the way it was menat to be taken, they see things in a different light, so without the visuals which do count for a lot reading topics can be harder, I think that is ok so long as people just say what they have to say without getting nasty or argumentative as we all must respect everyones opinions.
