whats the most you have ever spent on an item of clothing

on one product = £439 (for a suit) however, in one shop, i have spent over £500 on clothes. :S LOL.

I spend a little over $100 on a pair of nike shoes one time. They did look awesome, but ill never spend that kind of money again, esp for shoes. After about 2 months they started falling apart and getting holes in them.

I am not the type of person who like to spend a lot on clothes. In fact the most "expensive" place I usually shop is at Sears or JcPenney's. I would occasionally shop as Gap on a good day. Well, to answer your question, the most I have ever spent on an item of clothing would be on my suit. My suit cost me $250 because it was on a discount and it was Christmas. It used to be $600. I spent that much because I really needed a suit to attend a wedding. -Feel Free to Disagree!

I spent 125 US dollars on a pair of jeans once, lol, what a waste, they don't even fit me anymore!
