I'm depressed too, so I feel for you. Pretty much I wake up each day and try to figure out if this is the right day to punch my ticket so to speak. Obviously I continue to muddle on, hoping that maybe this day things will turn around and I won't feel the way I do.
The thing about depression is not that people want to die, I don't want to die. I just don't want to live feeling the way I do. Best of luck to you, get help if you need it.

Don't do anything stupid and it would be stupid if you did this that you are thinking about. You need to see a doctor
about this.Do you know that even your regular doctor can give you medicine to make you feel better. If you start taking an anti-depressant,it can help to improve your seretonin levels in your brain.Your depression is caused by a lack of or a very low level of a brain chemical called seretonin.Seretonin is a feel good brain chemical.Hang in there, go see a doctor and do your best to start feeling better.
