Sure I do. Some times I am the only one who understands what I am saying. It's alright to talk to yourself and it's alright to answer yourself. It's when you interrupt yourself that you may have a problem.

I talk to myself quite often. It helps me keep my train of thought on what I am doing because I am usually so busy that I forget things. Sometimes it could be a cup of water in the microwave that I am heating up and I remember when the water is almost all gone. I find talking to myself helps to think about what I am doing, or have to do. I also answer myself quite often as well. My boyfriend has came home from work early a couple of times and caught me talking to myself about what to make for dinner even. He will walk in and say who are you talking to and I tell him myself. He just turns around walks out of the room laughing.

Whenever I am thinking of a solution to any problem, I really think aloud and talk aloud, to find the solution of the problem. If I am alone I talk to myself, but if I am in a crowd I tend to talk to myself silently and will get irritated easily if someone disturbs my chain of thoughts.

I usually only talk to myself when I do something stupid or wrong. Like why did you do that that was so dumb, etc. Or when someone makes me mad I replay it over and over in my head and idk why. And often talk to myself about it.
