Most of us wouldn't walk out without a wallet. If you need to remember to do something, but tend to forget to check to-do lists, get a ringed mini index card pack. They're tiny index cards that have a key ring that you can attach to your wallet. Those usually come with a cover so you can still have your wallet out while it's raining without worrying about ruining th e cards. A cheaper way is to get normal index cards, cut them, then punch hole them-but that actually requires effort.

that is a neat idea! I am in the habit of using my phone for everything...I can put notes, it has a calendar, etc. It is not a palm pilot, just a regular cell phone...when i got it 2 years ago i told the guy i just want something that rings...the phone does eveyrthing though & I love it!

I couldn't do that with a phone. Sometimes I write notes on my little handy wallet-index notes during class. While a teacher doesn't care if I take my wallet out, a teacher would care if I took out a cell phone. Since the notes I write are usually article or blog post ideas, I don't want to lose them :(. Heck, I even use it to write down my homework. My classmates think my idea is practical. However the people at Daytipper thought my "tip" was lame and they rejected it .
