stress

in today's busy world we are finding it hard to cope with stress. when i feel stressed i usually go out for a walk or listen to my favorite music, but still its sometimes hard to forget things then i ly down on bed start thinking about it that why does it always happens with me. how do you cope up with your stress .

in today's world everyone gets stress.Everybody has different tactics to avoid it.when i got it i listen to music,play games, start writng on net to earn money

There are lots of ways to cope with stress, the key is to find what is effective for you. Personally I like to exercise when I'm really stressed out, or curl up with a good book in nice hot bath.

Writing is the easiest way for me to relieve stress. I can let it all out without fussing to somebody, without telling things that I would rather noone know and the good news is you can burn it if you want and noone can tell your business. Noone knows how you feel but you and the paper. Writing is so refreshing for me. It helps a lot if I write poetry about the way I feel!!!
