How many of you keep the tap water

I try not to keep the tap water running, not so much to save the environment as to not get a fat bill from the water company.

I never leave the water running while I brush my teeth - my little part to help the environment. I turn it off in between rinses.

Yes I keep it running, basically because I want fresh water to rinse off the brush with. It's worth wasting a little bit of water to not have a tepid pool of bacteria filled water that I am plunging my toothbrush into and then putting back in my mouth. In the United States, if you live in the City chances are the water that goes down the drain is going to be filtered, cleaned and reused anyways. It's not really wasting it.
