How can I elevate my earnings?

I'm in months here now and I must say that I'm very slow in making my earning elevated. I read many discussion here almost everyday I respond some that I want and I also make discussion. i admire so many members her they always made their goal $2 to $3 a day wow it's amazing I don't know how they do it I know there a secret behind their success in making their earning elevated almost everyday. And maybe they will help me by admiring them and follow what they do someday I will discover the real secret behind higher payout. What make your earning higher posting, uploading picture or starting new discussion? Do long discussion help in making your earning higher? How many discussion do you make in a day? How many do you respond in a day? Too many question to ask to discover how they do their earning?

i also have just start posting here and i think they cant seem to say it out in the open discussions, if you want advice, give them a private message and im sure they will help you.

All available factors and aspects should be considered here to earn more, as you participate and become active.
There are actually three ways to earn more here, by posting, uploading images and referring others..
As for posting, try participating more on the topics that interests you so you could share valuable informations and also learn something from it. The more you post, the more you'll earn from it. But always remember that it is not the Quantity of post you make, but the Quality of it. always be descriptive, make it a little lengthy and informing. Try to average at about 20 to 30 posts a day, offer referrals on your family or friend and upload some photo on some of the posts that you could provide..
