Has anyone really bought referrals from the PTC sites?

I just think about that. Because I haven't enough time to click the ads everyday. So it seems really hard to reach a payout which is as much as $10. I guess if only by myself, I need at least one year to reach that. And I do not know if the sites still here after one year.
Has anyone really bought referrals from these PTC sites, if so, which site you bought referrals from. And did you really received payment from that site.
Do referrals really earn money for you? And if the referrals you bought are inactive, do the site replace them for you?
If anyone here know about that, please tell me, thanks in advance!:-)

i bought around 135 refs from bux.to. so far i've made $72 only. im still waiting for the profit. its like gambling really, you'd never know what you're going to win.

yes and no, if you buy more than 500 referrals ($500 worth of money) you can exchange 14 (or some numbers, i dont remember) of you inactive refs.
