Do You Have Nosey Neighbors?

Do you have nieghbors that seem to want to stick their nose in to all of your business, or are over alot borrowing things from you. Some neighbors can be nice but I steer clear of most of my neighbors. As soon as you make friends with them, there is always trouble down the road. How are your neighbors?

It's not that my neighbors are horrible beacuse they are not, they are mostly polite and don't cause any real issues to complain about but, there does seem to be alot of kids around all the time and while they are not doing any real harm the are noisy.
Sometimes it would be nice to sit out on my balcony and chill out but pretty much impossible to enjoy when all you hear is screaming and shouting kids.
