Licence to smoke...

What do we thing of the new licence required to smoke that will be entering into force in the near future.
For those who are not yet aware, smokers will be required to purchase a licence to smoke smoke. In addition, smoking will affect any life insurances taken out in the future.

wow thats crazy, i never heard of this before.
ugh its like they're making it harder and harder for us smokers. i need to quit anyways.
hopefully my country doesn't get any ideas like this!
