Help Please I am despearate

I got divorced in 2006 and was granted some money for our property settlement which he has never paid. I am trying to find out what I can do to get my money without having to go through my attorney. This was in the state of Kansas and I can't seem to find out any information without spending another 1000 on an attorney which I don't have. Also, he got the house but my name is still on the loan for the house he cannot refinance the house in just his name so do I have any legal right to the house even though he got it in the divorce settlement. He isn't following the court order as it was made anyway. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

If he is not following the court order, can't you just check it out with the court (not necessary with your attorney) so as the court could force him to complie?
