Do we learn from our mistakes?

I think it all depends upon the person in question. Some people are just to oblivious to their mistakes to even realize that they made them. Some people just don't care and some people do learn from their mistakes and are smart enough to realize it and adjust their lives so that they dn't do that again. Sometimes it takes a few times to.

Till date what all i have learn t are only from my mistakes. Mistake is the best teacher to train you to life best in the world.

in my self, i did. caused whenever i made mistake, its really influence my life planning and i really don't like it at all. so every mistakes that i made, i learn how not to repeat it. if later on i made those mistakes again, i tried my best to minimize the effect. however we never be always right without made any mistake, am i right?

I believe we should. I can say that all of us do not learn from our mistakes. Sometimes we do but repeatedly committing the same mistake. It seems that they never see the reason, they never discover what is needed to be change... I may say that there are some things that is hard to leave behind... things that is so good to be left and forgotten. And the only thing that happens is we continue committing the same mistake over and over again.

I have learned from my mistakes...I have to think before I speak or act..It took me a long time but I have finally accomplished it...

Sometimes we are... Sometimes we don't. I think it depends on the impact of the mistake. Haha.

Well think about it when we are learning to walk we always fall tons of times untill we learn the right way to walk. So in a way the falling down are the mistakes and then the taking off and not falling down is when we learned to do it right. So yeah I trult believethat we learn from our mistakes.

i don't know about you asking this question but for me i know and i must learn from my mistakes or else i will have to undergo the same mistakes that i had before. you must and you should learn from your mistakes. i just think that a person who doesn't get knowledge from his/her is bound to commit the same mistake over and over and he/she is bound to fail in life because people like these don't succeed if they never learn.

It's really true that we learn from our own mistakes. If we commit a mistake, they usually make an unpleasant result or punishment for short. Because of the punishment, we are reminded not to repeat it again. A counterpart of this is if we have done something good. There are rewards and it is the reason we do it again. But then, we not only learn from ours but also on other's mistakes. Just look at the books written. We learn from them though it is other people's experience.

I dont think all people learn but a good majority does. I definately have learned from my mistakes.

no. plain and simple. not until we die we would make the similar mistakes over and over again. but isnt that live? the unpredictability of life really makes choices that we made seem random and dont really matter. if A didnt work the first time, doesnt mean its not going to work the second time. and if B works the first time, dont expect it to work the second time. the circumstances behind everything really determines what's going to happen. but thinking something is going to work if it failed in the past due to the different circumstances is also stupid. so the best plan is repeat your mistakes, but change the plans accordingly.

We learn from our mistakes. I no I have made plenty in my time. But I can also say that yes I have learned from them. Yet I am not perfect so I have made the same mistake twice.

I think we really learn from our mistakes. It happens to me a lot of times and i learn a lot much from my mistakes. Everywhere i have to buy something i made a mistakes and now i am able to find out correct way to sort out problems.
