how many ways have you tried to keep fit?

i'm a pretty girl who is a little fat. i'm always troubled with my figure. it would be perfect if i become slimmer. i have tried various kinds of ways to slim since i reached 20 years old. it proved to be that only taking exercise and eating little do work on me. those diet pills of which function often be exaggerated never work on me apart from catch money from me again and again. i used to keep running slowly or climbing stairs up and down for an hour in a period of time. it took effect in a month and i have lost 5 kg. how happy those days i were, i felt confident and inspiring at that time. talk about your experience of weight loss and the efficient way you have found.

Hi, I hope only main factor in exercise might be a starting trouble, just get started and keep it as a routine there goes down the weight. Another factor is food just have vegetarian foods only it helps to keep more fit. I had done this even though I am not much fat. The speedy method to reduce fat is get involved in any that has to have strain and tensions there also those fat but it effects the mental fitness bit . Just consult a good fitness physicians.

strain and tensions indeed are harmful to health. i prefer to loose weight gradually in a healthy way. eating less is another efficient method with no doubt. i wish everyone be slim for ever.lol

Go to gym perhaps is a good way to lose weight. But the most important is the persistence, if you could walk half an hour every day,it also could keep fit, the question is we can't do it each day.

yes, i completly agree with what you said. to keep on exercise is really tough. it also the challenge to your determination and willness. i think ech one who tends to loose weight can get progress once they conquer this problem.

Regarding to weight lose,it is also difficult for me.You know,I'm also a bit fat.When I was still a college student,I once tried to lose weight by eating less and running,which did work on me.But it needs persistence,and I am not such person with strong will,so it ended in failure.Now in my opinion,to keep fit we should keep some good habits and avoid the bad one in our daily life,such as eating more fruits and vegetables instead of meat ,doing physical exercises regulary.I also heard that yoga is one of the best way to lose weight,maybe I will have a try someday.lol

yes,yoga is indeed a good way to keep fit. while just as you said,the largest barricade for weight loss is the determination and will we own. we won't be successful if we give up easily halfway. to keep good habit does work. one method is to eat slowly.

The best I have found confortable and best rewarding is my daily 2km walk. I find very nice and easy to do. I also like running up and down a flight of three stairs once in a while.

The best and efficient way to keep fit and lose weight, is thru excercises.. Diet pills are actually useless and we cant really depend entirely on them.. Other than exercises, a healthy diet also helps in keep fit, because of the cholestrol and fats in food that we eat ^_^ SO a healthy diet plus regular exercises will definitely do wonders for ur body without spending too much like those diet pills ^_^
