is it difficult to find a job?

I am chinese.About past more than five years ,i was at Beijing where i lived through my college life and then after graduating to be an office lady.but my boyfriend decided to work at Nanjing.so i impatiently quit my job to go to Nanjing .At there ,i plan to find a new job and start a new life at this city. things alway go contrary to my wishes.i have sent a lot of resumes,but no response.
is it difficult to find a job?
does anybody like me to find a new job now?
