not because it's almost a spring day, but because of the frequent changes. One day we'll have a couple inches of snow and a few days later it's all gone and all you need outside is a sweater! Or there'll be rain, like later today and then tomorrow here comes the ice and snow again. Oh, I love this place! Seriously, I love it. This is paradise, you never know what the weather will be and it never bores you.
Do you have harsh, consistent seasons where you live or do you have variety like I do?

People will always find something to complain about! How much nicer it would be if we could appreciate what we have. I'm guilty of that, myself, though. I try to remember to count my blessings and appreciate every day for what it is.
I love the rain, I can't get enough of it. Especially when it's rich in thunder and lightening!

We have a variety like that. Saturday it was 70 degrees out with no wind just gorgeous out. Sunday we had sleet coming down it was really windy and it was only in the 30's.
It is going to be in the high 30's today but without all the wind so that will be nice.

Yes, I'd forgotten how much the wind affects the temps. One day here it was cold and the wind was fierce, the next day it was the same temp but felt almost pleasant.

It's been topsy turvy here all winter. I saw this morning that February was 4f higher in temperatures than the average for the month, the weatherman on the TV noted that the last time the temperature was below average in this area was back in July 2007, when it was 1f below average for that month.

We've had about average temps here, sometimes a little warmer than usual. When I came from AZ to OH last May, my neighbors couldn't believe it and warned of snow up to my porch--hasn't happened! My neighbors took off for Florida this weekend to escape the cold, hope they enjoy it but after years of pretty much the same thing day after day, I don't understand why they don't revel in every day of this climate. They used to live in AZ and wish they were back there--yech!!
