Help to understand email (urgent!!!)

Hi, i'm from China and work in PHILIPS as intern of supply chain.And i got a mail from US Philips,and un-understanding part as follows:
Pls review the list and get back to me by Wednesday with your total commited weeks of supply filled in Column Q.
What confuse me is the part "total commited weeks of week"
Could someone warm-hearted help me at once? Please,please...

I don't see "weeks of week"; I just see "total commited weeks". Which I would think would be the amount of weeks that you have worked. If you have any questions, I would definitely ask a supervisor.
