Have you ever waited too long before you ate that you almost felt sick? I did that this morning. I was busy on the internet and didn't want to take time to stop and eat. By the time I made breakfast I was almost sick. So have you ever done this or been someplace where you couldn't eat right away and almost got sick?

No.I haven't been that hungry. But then again I only have one big meal a day and I usually don't have it until about 4pm on non work days and 5pm on work days.

Practice. I never could eat breakfast. If I eat too much too soon, I would be sick.I always thought that I shouldn't be a good student because they said " Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and "Students that have a good breakfast do much better in school."But I did well.These days I just can wait out of practice.

I used to do it alot. I would wait until I felt like I was gonna puke. Then I would have to force myself to eat. I don't like that feeling so I try to always eat breakfast or pack a snack to take to work so I am not stuck without.

that happens to me every now and then. i get so absorbed with internet surfing that i tend to delay my meals. that's one thing why my mother gets angry with me for staying in front of the computer for a long time.
i also experience the same thing sometimes when i'm on a travel. like i'm riding a bus home and i suddenly get hungry and it won't be until after two hours or more before i can get down and buy some food. or when i'm at work and there's so many things to do and we have to wait for our boss to get hungry too before we can eat because she would eat together with us.
its really bad when it happens because its either my appetite would pass away or i would eat and my stomach would be shocked and it will hurt after. ^__^;;

Yeah, sometimes I skip meals, say when am traveling and cant see a convenient eating place along the way-when that happens, for the whole day appetite generally disappears and food ceases to make sense!

Yep this has happened many times but eventually the feeling goes away whether I eat or not. I'm not a big eater anyway. Sometimes the medicines I take in the morning make me feel awful and grabbing a light snack or something seems to help. Other days I don't have a problem. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but have never been a morning eater. I do like my coffee first thing in the morning.

I do that, way more often than I should. I can't eat first thing in the morning or I'll vomit, but then if I wait too long I'm sick again from that. My tummy is a delicate animal, just like the rest of me (tough butch chick I am not)!

Usually if i dont eat before too long i'll start to get a headache and then it'll turn into a migraine. Same thing as if i dont drink enough fluids. When i had my wisdom teeth out and i couldn't eat though i got sick, literally, because i couldnt eat solids for like 2 days. then i tried mashed taters and they did the trick.

Not really for me.
I normally have just brunch and dinner.
I will have the brunch cooking and eat when I wake.
The dinner - would be served so I won't miss it.

I have done this too. A few weeks ago at work the pool was so full of kids that I couldn't take my lunch break on time. By the time the birthday party was over and the pool empty I had a headache and was feeling light headed and had an upset stomach. Then I ate to fast since I was starving and felt bad from that. At least the headache went away though.

Yes, I have done the same thing. I get too hungry and then feel "peuky". I think it is from low sugar...don't know. I eat and then I am fine. I notice it especially if I have had a heavy meal the night before....hmmmm....tummy must be asking to be full again...haha.
