did sarah really died in prison break?

i heard from my friend that sarah didnt died.i was just a false head thats looks like sarah.what did you know about this?

I paused it when they showed her head and it didn't really lok like her, but LJ SAW her head being cutoff and has said so. So, as much as I would like Sara to come back, I just don't possibly see how they can pull it off. I am anxious, though, to see where next season heads as Michael goes after the 'ice woman', as I call her....lol. God, she's wicked!
