My husband and I have a pay pal account we use for ebay, it is used under his email address. I would like to use this for any earnings I may recieve but cant, I think this is because its not my email address. Is there any way of getting round this or will I need to set up another account?? Please help.

You should be able to use his account through his email address, even though the email address do not match. If not, you can add you email address to his paypal account.
