I bought it 2 weeks ago. Played all day the first day without a problem. Second day got a 3D error had to terminate. Third day the game shuts down my computer. Sometimes after 10 minutes some after one hour. I updated my driver as the book said under troubleshooting and it still keeps happening. Does any one else have this game or know what my problem is? Please help I love this game.

Did you check The Sims website and see if there is a latest patch to the game? You can also check the game forums and see if there are other people experiencing the same problem like you did. Maybe they have a solution to the problem.

I have check the wed site I even emailed their support. Have yet to hear from them. I have found that some other people are experiencing the same problem (even on PSP) but no one has found a fix yet. It sux because I am totally addicted to the game. I love it.
