Thought it might be interesting to know who else in this comunity ejoys pushing the limits and getting sweaty.
Maybe we can add a little about what we do, where we do it and why we train.
Me,
What: I train to improve through performance thus leading to better posture, health and reflection in the mirror.
Where: Skåne in Sweden, mostly train alone as very few seem to rise to the challange.
Why: Passion of mine most my life, I am also a certified trainer.
So thats it really, post away everyone its always nice to talk with like minded people from around the globe.

I have been a personal trainer for over 16 years and I have tried it all. Now I do mainly a good core workout (mainly on a ball) using all the major muscle groups, and moderate cardio. This is what works best for me.
