Drink and Drive

Hi all, I was wondering what do you think of people drinking and driving anything. The reason I am asking this is because I was watching this show last night and here in the netherlands its illegal to drink and drive (you can't even drive a bike). What do you think should you be able to ride your bike home if you have been drinking or not. Or should it also be possible to drink and drive a motorvehicle. With Kind Regards, MOnline
