What is in your favorite omlette?

I think my absolute favorite would have to be cheese and onion. With rye toast, of course.

My favorite omlette is one I came up with lol. I like to put green onions in it, green peppers, bacon, eggs of course lol , sausage, cheddar/provalone cheese, and maple syrup lol. oh an dyou gotta have the country ham and sour cream lol. thats my favorite omlettte.

oh I can not choose a favorite. I make omelettes with whatever is on hand. on days that we do not eat meat I like to make a potato and cheese omelete or shrimp or crab with black olives and swiss... I usually will make a meat omelete though - sometimes fajita meat sometimes luncheon meat, it really depends what is in the fridge. Always though I insist that the onions, peppers, and whatever other veggie is being used must be sauteed prior to the eggs being added - I usually chopped up the meat and sautee that as well.

I have not had an omelet in a long time. I like mine with mushrooms, onion, some kind of cheese and some kind of meat. I am not too picky. I usually stick to fried eggs except when I order them out. Then I get them scrambled. I do not trust most people to cook my eggs well enough when they are fried.

Oh, well.. I like spinach and veggie omelets. Makes eating the high cholesterol egg/cheese part of it better, right?

I like my omelette with cheese, ham and mushrooms. I also tried making one with ground pork, onions and tomatoes. Have you tried that one? God Bless

My very favorite omlette is called a Northern omlette. It is filled with corn beef hash,onions and cheddar cheese. All the little resturants in Northern Michigan make them.

I like the western omelet...onions mushrooms peppers cheese ham bacon sausage etc. and I have to have salsa dip with it....

Pepper, tomatos, blackpepper, little bit of salt and some butter.

I used to order a cheese omlette. Thats the one I liked the most. I havnt had an omlette in years though. Maybe id like ham, turkey or chicken in it.
