i woke up feeling happy... but i dont know why

i always wake up with a lot of things rushing in my head. chores, bills to pay, things to settle, clothes to wash, things to fix and errands to run. that is normal for me. but today is different a really feel happy. i didnt get much sleep but i feel fresh and recharge. maybe something good and nice is going to happen today.

its been a long time since i woke up feeling really wonderful... though nothing special happened i am still patient to wait for anything good to happen. lol. well just like you said good things will come my way in due time. thanks for the response.

there was nothing speciall happened that day, but its okay i am happy that every once in a while i wake up feeling recharged and happy. you cant really appreciate a happy day if you didnt have those lo days. thanks for the response

hi cefaz how are you doing? i felt good that day but there was nothing really special happened. i also hope i can wake up more on the good side of the bed its a nice feeling. nicer when friends are concern about me, just like you. thanks for the response

It's a good thing.. And I hope a good thing happened to you...
Sometimes we wake up in the morning energized and fresh to start a new day, and I think this affects our work and activities which lead to something good at the end of the day...

Hi...even though you posted this six days ago it is great to hear that you woke up in that 'happy place.' It is a curious thing and David and I often find that some days start out that way for no particular reason.
I am curious...did anything special happen that day...or was it just a special day that you savored because you were in a happy, content place?

wow i wish i could relax...but anyways i am happy that every once in a while i have this happy but strange feeling. i dont analyze happiness i am just thinking that it doesnt come that much often waking up with that such feeling. i am always grateful on what had happen and will happen to my life God is so Good. thanks for the response and welcome to mylot greenmoo. hope you enjoy here. happy posting

In my culture, they say, the first bird song you hear in the morning could make or destroy your mood-others believe, the side of the bed from which you wake up also sognificantly determines your mood, all in all, I think something is in your subconscience which is quite pleasnt to your mind.

i like that about the birds. but i work during nights and i sleep around 7 in the morning so when i wake up that would be 2 in the afternoon were maybe at that time the birds are tired singing already. lol. but that was a cool way to explain it thank you i appreciate it.

i am happy too that you are happy for me lol. i know you know what ive been tthrough before and it is better now but the kids are getting older and they are very hard to feed... not because they are picky but they eat plenty lol. thanks for the response

nothing happened, but i am happy that every once in a while i feel fully charged when i woke up. it only happens once in a blue moon. lol. thanks for the concern. next time i will try the lotto so when i wake up happy maybe i won...lol

thats a good explaination there Dz. you maybe right but i used to have a abusive and very sorrowful life before and me and my children left my husband seven years ago. the life i have right now is better than that. thanks for the response
