I watch both Supernatural and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Does anyone else watch both shows? If so, has anyone else noticed the resemblance between Jared Padalecki who plays Sam on Supernatural and the actor who plays John Connor on The Sarah Connor Chronicles? Those two could be brothers or related in some other way. I am feeling lazy and don't feel like doing the research and trying to find out on my own if they are related. So, if anyone knows, can you tell me? Please!

I dont believe they are related. Jared is from San Antonio, Texas and for Terminator, the actor's name is Thomas Alexander Dekker and he's from Las Vegas, Nevada... maybe the similarity between them is the posture or the hair.. but that's it!... I watch both shows and I never saw anything that can make me think they could be related....

As for their similarities, I see it all over them both. In their facial features as well as their expressions. In their acting. It is just all over them.
Sometimes my hubby will say some actor we are watching looks like another one and I won't see it, so I can see how you may not see the resemblance.

I thought they looked similar too, just for the first Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles episode, now I'm not so sure but they could be brothers. Sorry I can't help re research as I am just as lazy as you lol

I'm glad to know that I wasn't the only one to notice how alike they are. They even have similar body language and facial expressions.
I guess that we all have someone that looks like us somewhere in the world that we aren't related to so, maybe they are just their unrelated twins.
LOL! BelleMorte, the post below, did the work for us and found that John's real name is Thomas Alexander Dekker...just in case you didn't already see the post below yours! Perhaps they are cousins or something. But, unless they changed their names and don't live together, they don't appear to be brothers.

ah.. i got one.. i tried to search the people who watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, at last i got it :D.
by the way i watched both series, but i don't see the resemblance between two.
