Hello, and welcome to MyLot. I'm an ESL teacher so I get that kind of complaint from my students all the time. So I always tell them to keep on watching English TV programs or movies. You can do that on the internet, if there aren't many English shows being shown in your country. And don't look at subtitles. Don't try to understand every word. Just enjoy the movie. In time, you'll find yourself being able to understand fast speech more and more.

Actually, mylot is the best place that provide english learning space and time for those who want to improve either for verbal or writing. My suggestion is, you have to free download online dictionary i.e. Oxford Dictionary, and active it while you're doing mylotting. Look for five(5) SYNONYM and ACRONYM words for each word. Take many hours daily for your mylotting activity and do more responses with at least 8 lines of sentences. The only way to keep you gearing-up with your proficiency. In your offline life, look for ten(10) sparing partners that apply english conversation in communicating to each other. This method of application will take you for six(6) to be fluent enough or proficient in your english language. well i also have some problem in english speaking and writing as well. Thats why i join mylot so that i can write as much as possible and learn differents people points and gain something. You can also do that by writing and reading as much as discusions.
