If you are seeing someone currently and you two love each other and love being together, then you should tell your ex boyfriend that you are taken. You moved on after you and your exboyfriend broke up. He needs to understand that.

I still love my ex w/ all my heart and my men knows it. I cant seem to love my men even though its been over a year we been together. My men is a nice guy that I am trying hard to do what ever it takes to love him.
