Eat every 3 hours to loose weight

I have heard lots of people eat every 3 hours in order to loose weight. Its like a new kind of diet. Its kind of weird cuz our body takes time to digest and utilize them as energy. If they keep eating then they r getting constant energy, so they shouldnt be loosing weight. Instead they should slightly gain or stay normal. So please comment cuz i need to loose weight.

Eat three times each day, more or less. Eat when you are hungry. Do not eat bread or starch (potatoes, rice, etc.) or anything with wheat or sugar in it. Avoid all foods with high fructose corn syrup which most processed foods contain.
Put a piece of chicken, fish or turkey on your plate with cooked or raw vegetables and fruit. Drink coffee, tea, low fat milk, WATER or diet pop made without sugar.
Starch digests and becomes sugar. Sugar calls up the INSULIN and it is the insulin that causes the fat to be stored on your body. Exercise if and when you can. Beans, lentils, peas and lima beans are very good for you.
There is no diet pill or special exercise that will help you. A good diet is the most powerful tool you have to get the fat off and keep it off. Try my advice and you will be amazed at the results you will have in 30 or 60 days. Vitamin supplements of B-12, E, C and Folic acid and Calcium Citrate will benefit you. Good luck !
