Has Anyone Had Any Strange Experiences Taking The Sleeping Pill Ambien ?

A lady at work said that her doctor prescribed the sleeping pill Ambien and then warned her that when she takes it to make sure she is in bed because it can have some strange side effects like taking it and then sleep walking and possibly getting in your car and driving.Then she was afraid to take it so she ended up throwing them away.There have been reports from 500 people about these strange side effects of sleep walking and not knowing what you are doing.The actor Jack Nicohlson said he took Ambien once and went to bed then the phone rang and he nearly drove off a cliff 50 yards from his house.Have you taken Ambien or had any of these side effects from it ? I've taken Ambien with no problem but after hearing these things,its kinda scary.
