Has anyone been paid my Metapaid?

I requested my payout just now when I had $19 in my account. I had $9 yesterday but then i did an offer worth $10 where you just had to register with your e-mail and i got $10. The min payout is $10 only. They pay through Paypal as well. If you have been paid, then how long did it take you to get your money.
