Shave, Cream Or Wax!?

Sweden

There seems to be alot of posts in here at the moment, shave or not to shave!? This got me wondering, what is the best way of removing body hair when done in so many places and regularly. Razor? Electric or Manual! Wax? Hair Removal Cream? It would be nice to hear back from men especially to see what they find the best. I personally manual shave my face (obviously) and my private area and use an electric body trimer to trim under arms and legs. But I have always wondered about the hair cream and where else it would be used.

i tried nair once and it stings and on top of that i dont think its meant for down there-but definitely shave! unless you cut yourself down there and that can be very painful. never tried wax.

Thats good to know, using cream removal stings!? Did you just use it down there or did you try the legs, arms etc? Another thing how long did it last!? 1 point shave I guess!?

well i dont know the whole nair thing just kind of freaks me out i think a few years ago i tried it down there a little and it felt wierd but i know ive tried it on my legs and never know when to wash it off. i go by what my mom says tho-she said a friend told her once as a teemager she threw a bottle of nair against the wall when she was mad and it broke and went onto the carpet and proceeded to burn a whole in the rug-so were going to put this stuff on our skin?! i dunno lol i havnt tried it recently but shaving is always good as long as you dont cut yourself but if anyone has found a better way of hair removal let me in on it lol

All the methods remove hair, select whatever you find good or whatever that suits you. Something that suits me might not suit you. Use common sense!

Thanks for the input! Although what you say is true the point the question was to determin which method of hair removal is the most effective.

I do shave using razorblades and my bathsoap. I don't use those fancy creams and stuff, ever since I never try them on. I've always use manual shaving, never with automatic. I'm afraid, I might cut my ckin.

I use an old gilette men's razor where you slip the double sided razor blade in. boy are they sharp and they last so much longer...and are a lot more affordable. I sometimes shave dry - but my preference would be gel shaving cream. I have never tried wax I have used an epilady way back when they first came onto the market but did not care for it the chemical aspect of dibilitating creams keep me from using them.

for me i choose wax and i just wax my legs yesterday even its little painful but its ok i dont use any cream removal because im sensitive with cream and about shaving it makes the hair more thick when it grows so i use wax and its good for me! hair cream can be use also in bikini area, legs, arms.

Hey pinay81. I would have thought that using the cream would be better for sensitive skin so learned something new there, thanks. I guess thats 1 point to wax. Thanks for the input.

So wax works best for you Elfwand, do you use this method everywhere? If so that has got to hurt!

What's your reason for shaving 'down there'?

waxing is the best way to do it,because it makes the hair not grow back fast,, but since I have sensitive skin, I use cream instead, it works the same the same but it leaves a stinky smell
