Too Much myLotting?

I think the last time I actually fell asleep at the computer was about 3 weeks ago when I was playing poker late into the night after everyone went to bed. I don't usually spend to much time sitting in front of the computer at once because I am cleaning house, folding laundry, and taking care of a baby. By night time I get time for myself I don't realize how tired I am and occasionally fall asleep.

I have totally fell asleep a few times at my computer but I have a terrible time sleeping at night.

I never have before but this pregnancy is draining me I fall asleep anywhere now. Last week I fell asleep on the toilet and on the computer all in the same day.

Hi Grandpa Bob, I think you need to take a break. 10 hours at myLot and you better make sure you rest a bit in between. Falling asleep on the keyboard means you are too tired. You should try get enough rest. :)

Hello dear Grandpa Bob. I think that you are very addicted to mylot and I am very happy to tell you that it is the same with me, but I have not fallen asleep over my keyboard. I usually feel very tired in the mind and eye after many hours of mylotting. Then I will stand up and move somewhere for a short walk in the house, trying to do something else to get my muscle relaxed from the tense posture and muscles. Oh, yeah, this cat is so cute to sleep next to the keyboard. I cannot help laughing the way the cat sleeps. hehehehe. Have a good day, Bob.

I have never been on my computer long enough to fall asleep, at least not in mylot. Even if I was that tired I couldn't fall asleep because I am too busy reading and posting to fall asleep. But I could fall asleep when I am reading my emails for money and watching TV at the same time. I have actually started to nod off, but then I know it is time to leave the computer and go lay down, even if only for a few minutes. But in mylot, no I couldn't fall asleep, tooo busy for that.

I haven't ever fallen asleep at the computer, but I laughed when I read that you had!! It sounds so like you, as you are so active on My Lot. There are times when I spend up to 5 hours a day on the computer, although it wouldn't always be on My Lot. Sometimes I feel like doing more, such as now, but there are other things I have to do at home. I have worked out something though. If I buy a ;laptop, I will be able to take it Bianca's swimming training with me. As she spends up to ten hours training, I could do a lot more. I may seriously think about this. For Christmas I am buying my daughter a lap top, & I may buy one for myself as well. Dont know what Dave would think though!!

That's just too much I guess. Well I advised that you have your body rest for a while. It is hard to get sick because of lack of sleep. You need to have you body enough of that or else all your effort to mylot might just go for your meds.

I have fallen asleep at the keyboard before.. it was not recently at all though.. when i was a teenager and i used to go on irc to chat to people. I really didn't wanna miss anything, so i would stay up all night! My mom woke me up and i got into a little trouble :P She took the modem away.. Silly mom, she went out shortly after, and she locked the modem in a wardrobe type thing, and the hinges were on the outside.. LOL. nothing a little screwdriver couldnt fix, and i was back online in no time ;)

Wow! That's too much myLotting. You really need to get some sleep. I haven't fallen asleep at the computer, I have fallen asleep while listen to music ;). Nice post Grandpa Bob. Pablo

It never happened to me Grandpa Bob. There were times though that I had to rest and take some nap for a few minutes because some report deadlines that I had to do in my computer but not because of too much mylotting or surfing the net. There were times that doing something in the computer just doesn't appeal to me, so I just read a novel or watch a lot of DVD's.

bless you that you didn't fall out of the chair. How can you stay on that long. I think i would be like that if the phone line was open when on the net. I have dial up and can't be on that long. But you have spunk.

That is 1 thing Ihave to admit Ihave not done. I have gotten to the point where I almost fall asleep and then I just log off the internet and go to bed. I have a very small desk and there is no where for me to rest my head.

Nope can't say I've ever fallen asleep doing mylot or anything in that matter... usually I stay until I get tired and than leave..i do know people though who've actually done it... Most of the time though it's been on a chat program you would open there cams and there they are fast to sleep..

LOL AGB asleep over his keyboard - poor scone! i have fallen asleep while online but I was on a laptop lying down! hee hee this was a few months back when I couln't stay awake at all! I also fell asleep whilst on the phone several times during that period! lol xxx

Ho-ho--I'm not that bad, but I sometimes seem to be rooted to my spot here in front of the computer until very late...you know that kind of feeling that you know you should call it a "day" and get off the computer, but just too darn lazy to get up, so you stay put untll your eyes are bleary and the mind mush? Hehe--Oh yes that photo is priceless..glad my two kitties don't get that idea to sleep on top of my comuter desk

ehhe i imgine you had a big acticvity on mylot to feel so asleep and so having a great activity here!! it happened to me sometimes to feel asleep on the keyboard but ma be it is not focused for mylot but different other activities and i can do online!!and yes the photo is ok too..eheh
