My ipod is locked - help!

Well, it's actually my friend's ipod. She bought an ipod off her friend in lieu of payment for something. So, she bought it off of him so he would have some money. We put music on it and changed the name. But somehow it got locked and she can't get into it. She brought it to me to see if I could help her and I have no idea. My husband has one, but he didn't know either. Any ideas of how to unlock it when you don't know the combination?

ii suggest you go to itunes and restore it
WORST CAS SENARIO: apple thought of sequrity where if ipod changes the computer it gets locked. if this is the case u need to plug it back in your friends computer and it should be fine!

Sorry - I meant to say that she ended up taking it to the apple store and they did wha their magic on it.
