When is the new Harry Potter book coming out or have they all came out yet?

The Harry Potter series is done. There will be no more. That being said I doubt Rowling is done with Hogwarts, I am guessing, and this is just speculation, that there will be more, possibly with the next generation of Hogwarts students, or perhaps she will go back in time to Harry's parents time. HP made Rowling one of the richest writers in history, I doubt very much she will completely give up the concept.

It would be interesting to see a story from a muggle born and find out how they found out about Hogwarts in the first place. With Harry Dumbledor was keeping an eye on Harry, so its easy to see how he got the invite, but what about Hermonie (sp?) she has no wizard blood in her, her parents are muggles, how did she end up at Hogwarts?

Then that's the point. To be able to clear things up, Rowling might give a try in writing a book about Hermione, though it might not sell well than HP.

Unfortunately yes the harry potter series is over! I will miss going to walmart as soon as it opened so I could immediately start reading the book! They were so good. There are still two more movies to come out but the movies are just not the same. The next movie (the sixth one) comes out in Novemeber.

The last book of the series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" was released last July. If you really need a good Hogwarts fix you might want to check out some of the fanfiction that's floating about. Some of it is pretty good. Two sites that have better-than-average submissions are fictionalley.com and sugarquill.net. Happt reading!

The seven books of the HP series are all out, but JK Rowling is releasing a book of all the things from the series she couldn't include in her books, like background information, etc. In the 7th book there is a mention of something called "The Tales of Beetle the Bard", which Rowling wrote as a separate book after she finished the Deathly Hallows. She only released 7 copies though, so her fans probably won't get a chance to read it for a long time (if ever.) Amazon.com owns one, and the rest belong to people she knows.
