I got interested in this blogging thing so I decided to make a blog ( http://flange-and-bolted.blogspot.com ) for my self and I want some variety so that other readers can also visit my blog. My topic is about experiences of being an employee, working as an engineer, life in the office, and how to help motivate students and employees.
