yes, I often see these tattooes.
I have never thought to tattoo on my body or any parts of my body.
I am hateful and afraid when I saw anyone with a tattoo, because we believe these persons are bad or gangdom.

I try very hard not to be judgmental, though I was raised to believe that all tattooing is sinful. I am at present unsure whether all tattooing is sinful, or if the attitude and the reason is more the problem. I would never get a tattoo for many reasons, but I see tattoos as ugly for one. It is not attractive to me, even the ones that would have looked very beautiful on paper. Also, tattoos are, at least in my feeling and that of my family, associated with a type of lifestyle that is very sinful. Those who drink to get drunk, commit adultery, and live lives of generally loose morals. I don't think that just because a person has a tattoo they are automatically part of that, I have met many who are not. But is seems to me that it is much wiser to not do things to your body that might be associated with sinful lifestyles, so that others will not intentionally or unintentionally make the assumption that you are.

so now you are not only advocating not sinning, but avoiding being associated with sinful nature, where does it stop? If someone looks at someone who is committing a sin is that not association with the sin. Perhaps the problem is that too many religious zealots spend to much time judging others and not enough time living life.

if it's a "normal" tattoo, honestly, i don't think anything. if it's like a naked person or a skull with fire out of it or a teardrop on their face, i think they might be really hardcore or might be a poser who really needs attention. but as to whether they're smart or not, you absolutely cannot judge that based on a tattoo. i am a teacher, and some of my very, very smartest students flunked not just my class, but every class they took. point is, grades, tattoos, cars you drive, etc. none of that is an indicator of intelligence. (by contrast, people who judge others based on having a tattoo, that might be an indicator of stupidity, lol!)

Hi,
The tattoo the have also portraits a part of interest the possess and their character a bit, like a person with sexy tattoo might be indented be sexy, a tattoo of Donald Duck may be for Donald Duck fan so on the tattoo are another form of presenting a persons skill or talent. I do like tattoo which have an artistic appeal.

I agree that some tattoos do look "messy" and have a cheap look to them, but most are absolutely stunning works of art. I think the key is tattoo size and placement. I like the idea of keeping them more private, because usually the tattoos are of personal significance to the persons donning them. Granted, some people like to see their bodies as a canvas, and want to share the art with anyone and everyone who will look.
I have one tattoo, and do not plan on ever getting another one. Mine is in the middle of my back, around 3" x 5"; of a celtic cross with an irish claddagh ring. It is in memory of my son who passed away in 2000, and also embraces my irish family heritage. I have it where not everyone can see it, unless I wear my bathing suit or a select few tank tops.

I think some tattoos can look absolutely fabulous, works of art if done well, but others can look really messy especially if they are placed on the face or hands. Its a personal choice thing really. I have one but it is very small and dsicreet, I know someone that has them on their head, neck, ears etc and I don't think theirs look good at all, but I know another friened who in fact is female and loved a birthday card I received one year with a wolf scene under the full moon and had it tattooed on her back and it looks amazing. Also a guy at work had a shaved head with them on but they look clean not messy unlike the eraly person. Ellie :D

Having a small tattoo is alot different than having tattoos all over your body. I have 2 small ones and they can be covered where they are not visible. I think that there is nothing wrong with that. I just don't think that it looks good when people are covered with them.

Well I do not want to be judemental here but this is my thoughts on this. I think that tattoos are okay to a point. If you are all tatted up on your body I think that is a bit too much. A few in some places is okay but to have them all over where there is no way to cover them than I say that I disagree with that. But in the end it is a persons choice too so if they like it and can afford it then that is their buisness as well. Take care and happy mylotting.
