I went to public schools and my kids go to public schools aswell. Honestly I dont think it really matters. They all teach the basics that kids need to survive in the world. The big diffrentc in parochia schools os that they teach a certain religin and I believe religion dosnt belongin the school system at all. That is something that the parents need to teach at home.

Locally, private school blows public and parochial school out of the water. At one time private and parochial school had the same or close curriculum. Now parochial schools have the same horrible curriculum as the public schools.
