when the share market will get stability?

If it could be predicted by anyone for the sake of investors, the whole share market would have been in control. Because the financial market is unpredictable, there is a scope for having windfall gains and windfall losses. Hundreds of forces are working behind the market, some legal and some illegal and till now no one has told when the prices are low, so that one can buy and when the prices are high so that one can sell - two factors sufficient enough to achieve sucess in share market. The government can ask all its agencies to invest more in the share market. It can announce more sops to general public to invest in the shares (like exemption from tax for 2 years or so), there are many monetary tools at the hands of reserve bank, if properly used, it can help share market to gain strength. There are external factors affecting the marekt, particularly when there are foreign direct investment.
