updating my bios,can anyone help?

I NEED TO UPDATE MY BIOS BUT THE FIRMWARE IS 2.89mb AND I ONLY HAVE A 1.44mb DRIVE, HOW DO GET AROUND THIS PROBLEM.ANY SUGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.THANKS.

Speak to your computer manufacturer, thats what i did, or work your way through the website that your computer is made by, and there you can download the newest version =]
