rate miley's acting and singing out of 10

On her acting, 10/10. She is really good in acting. And on her singing, maybe 7/10. I love her voice when she sings, but sometimes it sounds annoying, but she can sing well.

acting 10/10 - because i just think she's really good at it. i don't really know how to explain it singing 8/10 - she's gotten better over the years but she's not that great of a singer. she can definitely sing just sometimes it doesn't sound so great. it really sounds like she's singing from her nose
