what is the most traumatic experience that you had encountered in your life, and how do you coup in forgeting that encounter?

Mine was when the doctors told my husband "you have lung cancer". I'll never be over that experience!

my advice is to read "Beating Cancer with Nutrition" by Patrick Quillin, as well to always be there for him, be optimistic, and love him truly. psychologically it will help your husband to overcome this kind of trials,

Thank you Nicksy. Actually, the outcome was good. He had surgery on to remove 1/2 of a lung and the tumor on Dec 21 and it turns out that the tumor was not malignant. We had a true miracle! However, the fear and stress of those weeks after the initial doctor visits will live with both of us forever.
