You could give her a scrap book made out of photos or you could give her a craft kit which she wanted to do for a long time. You could taker her out for a dinner. You could take her to a resort where she could have a massage etc etc. Get her the dress that she had wanted for a long time. If she doesnot have a mobile get her a mobile with prepaid card for life time so that she could be connected with you all the time.

get her something that she is interested in, also you might try to get her something that she has always wanted or else a gift certificate for her favourite store :-)

Last year, my gift for my mother is coffee. I gave her the biggest container of her favorite flavor hehehe.. But just last year as well she found out she has high blood and so her doctor prohibited her to drinking coffee. So I don't know what else to give her aside from coffee. I think it's been my gift forever. hehehe.. Why not give her something she likes and uses everyday.. like in the kitchen, if she loves being in your kitchen, give her some of her kitchen stuff. If she's workaholic, then something she might use everyday like stylish pen, organizer, whatever..
